Terms of Service

These terms cover booking, payment, and the delivery of services from Ahmad Aloun (aloun.pro). By booking a service, you agree to them.
Payment
Fees are shown in Kuwaiti Dinar (KD) and are payable in advance to confirm your booking. Your slot is held once payment is received.
Rescheduling & cancellation
You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours' notice for consultations, or 7 days for workshops. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the fee. If I need to cancel or reschedule, you'll be offered a new slot or a full refund.
Refunds
Consultation fees are non-refundable. Workshop fees are refundable only if you cancel before the notice window above. Any satisfaction guarantee published on a specific offer applies as stated on that offer's page.
Workshops & cohorts
A seat is confirmed once paid and may be transferred to a colleague. Cohorts run subject to a minimum number of participants; if a cohort doesn't fill, it will be rescheduled or refunded.
Deliverables & your responsibilities
I deliver what's described on the relevant offer. Timely delivery depends on you providing the information, access, and attendance needed; delays on your side may affect timelines.
Intellectual property
You own the outputs created for you — your Automation Map, workflows, and data. I retain ownership of my frameworks, templates, slides, and methods. Course materials are licensed for your team's internal use only, and may not be resold, redistributed, or recorded without written permission.
Confidentiality
Confidentiality is mutual: your business information stays private, and my materials and methods stay private. In-house and enterprise engagements are covered by a separate NDA.
AI tools & results
Services rely on third-party AI tools (such as Anthropic and OpenAI); their availability, changes, and subscription or usage costs are outside my control and remain your responsibility on your own accounts. AI outputs require human review. I do not guarantee specific business, financial, or revenue results — outcomes depend on your execution. Nothing provided is legal, financial, or tax advice.
Liability & governing law
To the extent permitted by law, my total liability for any service is limited to the fees you paid for that service. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. I may update these terms from time to time; the version published here at the time of your booking applies.
